The Planning and Zoning Commission for the
Village of Port Byron will hold a meeting on
Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 at 7:00 pm
at the Village Hall, 120 S. Main Street.
This is an open meeting, and the public is invited to attend.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet first as the Village Board of Appeals

The Board is asked to review a request to rezone the property located at 602 N High Street   (old academy site) from Industrial (I-1) to commercial (C-2). The change affects the   requirement for a sound barrier.

The request is submitted my Sarah Foust, joint owner.
